Common issues

I receive an “Invalid token” error

• Make sure your token has not expired

• Make sure you are using the correct identity server

• Make sure you specify the access_token value and not the whole identity server response in the Authorization header.

I receive an “No service account” error

• Ensure a service account exists for your client_id

• Ensure that service account is not Blocked

I receive no data even though I know data exists in the application

• Make sure the service account has the correct permissions to access the data. Some API calls will return a “Unauthorized” error, but some like “GetAvailableReports” will return an empty list.
